Executive Chef Greg Rennet's passion for food began in his grandmother's kitchen where he was first introduced to the mysterious world of culinary creation.
Throughout his career, Chef Greg has created culinary delights for prestigious venues such as Glen Abby Golf Course, Taboo, Langdon Hall, the Millcroft Inn, and provided the culinary fuel for the athletes of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
When not in our kitchen, Chef Greg has donated his time and culinary expertise to charities such as "Set Sail for Hope", "Make A Wish Foundation", "Sick Kids Hospital Foundation" and others.
Greg has dedicated his life to exploring culinary possibilities with unique pairings of spices with the freshest ingredients.
